Auditing Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all patient claims that are processed within our company.  The ideal candidate will have a degree and/or certification in coding and thorough knowledge of ICD9 and CPT coding, as well as 3 or more years of supervisory experience.

Bookkeeper

Responsible for report preparation, making journal entries, working directly with the CFO as well as assisting in other accounting duties.  Requires an AS degree in accounting or 2 plus years of accounting experience.

Claims Coordinator

Responsible for entering patient charges, ensuring accurate filing of claims, and conducting any required follow-up with insurance carriers and patients to ensure timely closure of claims. Requires high degree of familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding, accurate data entry, and detail orientation. Certification in coding preferred.

Clinic Manager - Alabaster

Responsible for maintaining and adjusting staff work schedules, ensuring staff compliance with company policies and state/ federal rules, supervising and evaluating staff, monitoring clinic activity and patient flow, and ensuring that an high level of care is delivered to each and every patient.  Requires a AS degree with 2-3 years medical experience

Collections Specialist

Responsible for assisting patients over the phone with any questions they may have concerning their accounts, as well ascollecting on outstanding patient accounts.  This position is part time Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Customer service and collection experience is required.

Director, Business Office Operations

Responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of Business Office operations. Responsible, through subordinate supervisors and staff, for the timely, complete, and accurate filing of claims and assuring the highest level of collections. Requires 10+ years of medical claims management experience, strong management and organization skills, strong computer and analytical skills, and experience with EHR/Patient Management systems.

Medical Assistant

Responsible for triaging patients to rooms, taking vital signs, assisting physicians with procedure setups, giving injections and performing other procedures under physician’s direction, and instructing patients. Positions require MA degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Certification is preferred but not required.

The position is responsible for collecting and entering any and all electronic payments from a healthcare provider, payments on overdue accounts; as well as collecting and processing payments for employee accounts.  A high school diploma is required, along with experience with EOB’s, contractual adjustments and electronic payments.

Responsible for performing routine tests in a medical laboratory to provide data for the use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, as well as daily quality control and routine maintenance of lab equipment.  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Prior experience clinical laboratory experience preferred.

Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and retaining physicians, as well as developing marketing strategies, identifying candidates, negotiating contracts, and acquisitions.  This position requires an engaging and open interpersonal style, a professional image and presentation, the ability to interact successfully with a highly skilled workforce, and above average verbal and written communication skills.  Also, a bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, healthcare, or related field and five years of related experience in recruitment, sales and/or marketing in the healthcare industry is required.  Flexibility to meet with providers on their schedules and willingness to travel are essential.

TRAINER

Responsible for training new and existing employees on patient management system, medical records system and clinic operations, developing training manuals, and working with managers to identify and address computer training needs. Limited overnight travel required. Position requires BS degree. Training experience preferred.

Training Manager

BS degree or equivalent, and 3-5 yrs training experience.  Experience with instructional design, CBT, LMS, and web-based delivery of material required.  Will train new and existing employees on medical records systems and clinic operations, develop training materials, and work with managers to identify and address training needs. Limited overnight travel required. 

X-Ray Technician

Responsible for performing radiographic imaging to assist physicians in diagnosing conditions. Associates degree or equivalent or a minimum of six months of experience required. A.R.R.T. preferred.
