At Nexstep, our commitment is to provide each client with a fitness program designed to meet their individual needs. Our staff is educated in the latest fitness techniques and will custom-tailor a program based on your fitness level and goals.

We specialize in general fitness and sports conditioning for clients whose age ranges from adolescent to senior adult, regardless of fitness level. If you have a previous injury and physical limitations, we can design a program to address your specific needs.
AN INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF
INITIAL SIX WEEK PROGRAM
The initial program includes a complete fitness evaluation to include body measurements, body fat percentage, body mass index, estimated VO2max (test the aerobic condition of your heart and lungs), muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Based on the results of your evaluation and your goals, nutrition recommendations will be made, and a fitness program will be developed. A personal trainer will work with you three days a week, one half hour per session for six weeks. After that time, you will undergo a second fitness evaluation to determine progress and adjust your program accordingly.
