Employee Benefits

American Family Care provides a comprehensive array of benefits designed to provide income protection and insurance coverage to eligible full-time staff.

Health Coverage - Comprehensive medical, dental, prescription and vision care provide coverage for physician office visits, inpatient and outpatient hospital care, surgery, emergency treatment, prescription medications, preventative and restorative dental services, and vision care. The cost is shared between the company and you.

Basic Life Insurance - Provided to you at no cost.

Supplemental Life Insurance - Available for purchase in amounts up to $500,000. You may also purchase supplemental life insurance for your eligible spouse and children.

Short-Term Disability Insurance - A voluntary program that provides income to participating employees who are absent due to an approved short-term illness, injury or pregnancy for up to 24 weeks.

Long-Term Disability Insurance - Provided to you at no cost and replaces a portion of your income if you become disabled for an extended period of time.

Retirement Savings - Our 401(k) plan provides you a tax-deferred way to save for your retirement. We match a portion of your contributions and you may choose among several investment options.

Reimbursement Accounts (Healthcare and Dependent Care) - These accounts allow you to set aside income for eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses. The Healthcare Reimbursement account may be used to pay for vision and hearing care, deductibles, co-payments, and other expenses not covered by a medical or dental plan. The Dependent Care Reimbursement account may be used for childcare and other eligible dependent care expenses.

Credit Union - Employees may join a local credit union for savings, checking, and loan services.
