AFC Smyrna Location Opens Jan. 10th

Due to this year’s flu season, AFC has decided to open temporarily at 900 Grammer Lane, Suite 310, Smyrna, TN 37167. This clinic will open on Monday, January 10th and is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Our permanent location will open Spring 2011 at 985 Industrial Blvd, Smyrna, TN which is in the Colonial Town Park. We are excited to serve the urgent care needs of the Smyrna community.
