AFC Will Open Its Permanent Location in Smyrna, TN on October 3rd

AFC will open its permanent location in Smyrna, TN on October 3^rd. This clinic is AFC’s 2^nd location in Tennessee. The clinic is located at 985 Industrial Blvd. (located in the Target Center), Smyrna, and TN 37167. The Open House and Ribbon Cutting will be held on Wednesday, October 5^th at 11:00 am. The clinic is designed, equipped, and staffed to provide comprehensive urgent care, family care, and occupational medicine. It has a high tech, high touch, digital x-ray, onsite lab testing, state of the art diagnostics and EMR (Electronic Medical Records). The clinic is staffed by kind, caring and compassionate health professionals. The hours of operation are 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm – No Appointment Necessary. Our goal is to provide 100% Patient Satisfaction to our patients as it states in our campaign – “PS: It’s All About YOU!”
