American Family Care accepts most insurance plans. Please be aware that not all American Family Care physicians participate in all plans. In order for us to better serve you, please call the clinic before your visit to make sure the physician working accepts your insurance plan.

American Family Care can also file your claim for you; however, any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services must be paid at time of services rendered. We also accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express.
